9.5 on a scale of ten. Nobody’s perfect but these guys are close. Wesley and Jerry were the craftsman involved on the project at my home. These fellows are true professionals. They are “ old school “. No corners were cut and the job was done right.

We had a balcony removed, which also involved removing the door going to it. We then had 2 windows installed in place of the door. Work done was to notch and they cleaned up very well afterwards.

First of all Phil is a great person to talk to. He wasn't pushy for a sale. I appreciate that. The workers that put in the windows were very professional. Took time to do the job well. I appreciate the effort in making sure the gaps were insulated and everything was sealed around the window. They also did a good job cleaning up after themselves. I think one of the guys put in my bay window a few years back and he was one of the installers for the rest of the windows. He stayed with this company which made me feel good about my choice of using this company for the windows. I would definitely recommend using Durabuilt for windows.

We had a great experience with Durabuilt — again! We used them for a front door at our old house and reached out when planning updates on our new one. We were originally leaning toward a different company, but Phil came out to quote the front door, started talking numbers for windows too… and the rest is history. Phil, Wesley, and Jerry were all fantastic to work with. Phil was friendly, professional, and never pushy — and the pricing and product quality really sealed the deal. Wesley and Jerry handled the multi-day install and were awesome every step of the way. The whole process was smooth, right on schedule, and genuinely enjoyable. We’re so happy we chose Durabuilt again — our home feels completely refreshed, and we love the way it looks! Highly recommend for anyone looking for any home improvements!

i had Phil and his team come back and do another project for me. Three years ago they did all my siding and installed an 8 foot sliding door. Project went great. This time I had him replace all my windows (18), install a bay window, and a service door. They finished the project ahead of time and on budget. His crew is truly the best around. Used them to do the windows in my townhouse. The crew is very professional. Jerry especially does a great job! Had a minor problem with the mullions. Two of the windows were missing them. Contacted Phil and it was corrected immediately. Overall a good experience and a company who stands by their work. I would use them again.

We can't thank Phil and Durabuilt Home Improvements, Inc. enough for their incredible job re-siding our home. We bought this 100-year-old (tear-down) home last year and decided to bring it back to life. Wes and Jerry showed up on time daily and worked hard to finish the job. I'm very pleased with the siding and gutter replacement work that was done. They took my concerns seriously and addressed unexpected issues that arose during the project. Not the fastest, but they are detailed in their work, which I appreciate. Nice guys too!

They did a great job on everything! I’ve worked with Durabilt in the past - windows, doors and this time a deck and gazebo. Received a few bids - and Durabilt was beyond fair. Durability did gutter replacement, gutter guards, facia and soffit. They did a great job in a timely manner. Their workmanship was superb. Nice professional look.

I have use this company several times to do many things in my home. I did a major renovation in my basement and Andy did a wonderful job. Unfortunately, the people who put the windows in did not. Recently, I have a noticed water spotting down in the window wells of my basement. I had this inspected and reviewed by an independent who came back to me with whoever put in your front window. They forgot to caulk part of this one side, causing water to leak into the basement, which I just spent a fortune fixing. I now have water spots all over the window wells in the inside basement window well. I just hope there is no more damage than what I am seeing.

They did a wonderful job, removed my rotten old windows and installed beautiful new vinyl double hung. Phil was extremely nice, and the installers were great also.

Phil and his team are fantastic. We received quotes from 3 different companies and Durabilit was the most cost efficient and most professional. Their work ethic was impeccable. The guys showed up everyday on time and maintained a clean working space so we weren’t left with a big mess to clean up. We contacted Durabuilt to replace our old windows in our house based on a friend recommendation after going to several big window retailers. We were immediately impressed with the straightforward no gimmick pricing. Their pricing is very reasonable and a great value. They installation is appears to be very good and after 6 months we have had no issues with the windows. If you are in the market for new window definitely give them a call.

We had our windows replaced a couple of weeks ago in our home. We are so happy with our new Advance windows, they are so durable, strong, well made windows, and the best part of it...Advance makes the type of windows I grew up with in Germany. Of course I chose these windows for our living/dining room. They are so easy to clean, with versatile opening options, I just love them. All the other windows we replaced are also designed for easy cleaning by tilting them towards the inside, beats climbing on the ladder from the outside to clean. Phil DiMaso and his crew did an excellent job installing the windows, they were very professional, efficient, clean...I would highly recommend anyone that needs new windows to hire Phil and his crew and Durabuilt Home Improvement. We have had Durabuilt replace windows two times and both times they did a great job. Most recently, we had the front porch windows replaced. Durabuilt took the time to install them right. Our home was built in 1919 and the windows match the style and work great! I highly recommend Durabuilt and we plan to use them for future projects like our siding one day.

This company was 5 star from the beginning. They did my siding to a house and it was a big project. Fairly priced, excellent work, with amazing quality. The workers were respectful and hard working. They finished in the exact time frame. Very professional. I highly recommend this company.

Durabuilt put on siding on our 1908 home and it couldn't look better! The house looks amazing and the entire process was so easy! They were professional and very nice and they worked very hard too! This past November I called Durabuilt to get a second opinion on a Hail and Wind insurance claim. They came out the next day. When they arrived they carefully surveyed my home, recommended options, and put me at ease from a previous company who were 'classic scammers'. After a one hour interview, which included samples and pictures, Jeff put together a quote that covered 100% of the siding replacement and roof repairs for the same cost "the scammers' were doing 75%. His basic honesty in protecting my best interest is why I chose to do business with them. The job was completed in a timely fashion. Its beauty enhances the curb value as I put my home up for sale in the spring. As an example of their true nature, sometime in January, after a brief respite from icy winter weather, I spotted some water damage in a closet from the same area they patched on the roof. The next day the owner, Phil, the laborer and the salesman, Jeff, came to my home with ladders canvassing the roof outside and the attic inside to investigate how the leak occurred. I was impressed that all three levels of their business were interested in resolving this setback. It was determined that there was a chunk of ice in the chimney that melted and leaked through after it was sealed. It is a rare but possible situation. The spring rains have proved them right again - I haven't had any trace of seepage since they did the original repair in the fall. I highly recommend getting a 2nd opinion from DURABILT on any siding or home improvement project. Once you meet them, you'll not want to do business with anyone else. They're great in working within your budget, they excel in workmanship and customer service, and exceed your highest expectations.

I had all my windows replaced by Durabuilt over the Holiday weekend. They were on time and did a fantastic job. They even cleaned up when they were done! My neighbor came over to say I now have the best windows on the block! I agree.

I have used Durabuilt Home Improvements several times over the course of many years. Their quality products, workmanship and professionalism have kept me a very satisfied customer. I have had storm windows replaced, a new roof put on and recently an exterior door complete with storm door installed. I couldn't be more satisfied with each of the jobs from start to finish. Work is done neatly and in a timely manner, clean up is done thoroughly and finished projects look great. In the near future, I will be contacting Durabuilt for another exterior door and replacement windows.
